A Great Destination Restaurant
We were traveling across Massachusetts on The Mohawk Trail and was very disappointed to see that most of the small shops and restaurants were closed along the way. We were very happy to discover the Golden Eagle Restaurant was not one of the casuelties of the current economy. Every aspect of our lunch was great. We sat outside on the second floor, the view is spectacular, especially amusing was watching drivers being surprised by the hairpin turn. Our meal was served promptly yet we were not rushed. Service was great and our server took the time to answer our questions about the facility as well as tell us a bit of the local history. We will definitly make it a point to return.
